Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve adult/geriatric populations in Harrisonville, MO. The role focuses on improving independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life with clinical autonomy.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered OT services in a setting that values outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the applicable state or eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Deliver OT services to improve ADLs, mobility, safety and independence.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Support families and caregivers in care planning and education.
