Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT services for adults and seniors in a collaborative clinical setting in Missouri. You will evaluate patients and create plans aimed at improving independence, mobility, safety and quality of life.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team committed to high-quality rehabilitation and compassionate care for older adults.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in state of practice or eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehab.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans focused on independence, safety and quality of life.
• Deliver OT services through therapeutic activities, ADL training and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track progress, document clinically and adapt treatment plans as needed.
