Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients, improving independence, mobility, safety and quality of life. You’ll work in a collaborative clinical setting with clinical autonomy and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

In this role you’ll provide OT services, follow patient progress, and contribute to a supportive environment that values quality care, mentorship, and professional growth for clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehab.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Track patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and adapt plans as needed.
