Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy screenings and evaluations.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments following AOTA standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patient independence.
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with productivity standards.
• Document care to maintain the quality of the medical record.
• Participate in patient care conferences as needed.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement activities.
• Promote standards of clinical practice through ongoing education.
