Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You’ll provide OT services under supervision to enhance independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting in Signal Mountain, TN.

Qualifications

• COTA licensure or eligibility in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
