Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult/geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure or eligibility in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT to improve functional independence and safety.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adjust treatment plans based on rehabilitation needs.
