Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver adult/geriatric occupational therapy in a collaborative setting. You’ll help patients gain independence, mobility, safety and quality of life with patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or eligible.
• Experience or interest in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services to improve functional independence and safety.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focusing on ADLs, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
