Qualifications

• Active Montana OT license.
• NBCOT registration required.
• CPR certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents/patients upon physician order and provide OT intervention.
• Attend care conferences and assist in care plan development.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to meet guest/resident needs.
• Update OT programs regularly to benefit guests/residents.
• Train staff and restorative aides in techniques for individual needs.
• Document evaluations and treatment notes timely and accurately.
