Responsibilities

• Licensed OT providing PRN (as-needed) rehabilitation services in the facility.
• OT evaluates and treats geriatric patients with complex medical, cognitive, and functional needs.
• Develops individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, ADLs, and independence.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Skilled in adaptive equipment training and fall prevention strategies; patient/caregiver education.
• Flexible and responsive, providing high-quality care across variable schedules and patient acuity levels.
