The Courtyard Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Victoria, TX seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team full time. You will deliver evaluation and treatment for geriatric patients, focusing on ADLs and cognitive functioning within a post-acute setting, following regulatory and clinical practice standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL functioning disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment per regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team about patient progress and treatment plans.
