Job summary

The Chateau of Waco is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program in Waco, TX. This full-time position offers a stable team focused on geriatric recovery, with a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

You will perform screenings and evaluations, develop care plans, provide rehabilitative interventions, and contribute to discharge summaries. Texas licensure is required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• OT license is required.
• New grads welcome.
• Active state licensure in Texas (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled treatments aligned with regulatory standards.
• Perform various procedures within rehabilitation plans, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide consultations to patients, families, and other providers.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulations.
