Flagship Therapy is hiring an in-house Occupational Therapist in Lodi, CA to join our Arbor Rehab & Nursing rehabilitation program. This full-time position emphasizes compassionate geriatric care and a stable in-house therapy team.

The role offers a flexible schedule with work-life balance and an hourly pay range of $60–$67, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus payable after five months. New grads are welcome to apply.

Competenze

• OT license is required to practice in California.

Mansioni

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop a plan of care.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment for cognitive/ADL disorders per standards.
• Administer rehab procedures including ADL retraining, therapies, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the patient’s clinical record.
• Evaluate outcomes and refer as needed based on results.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about the conditions and care plans.
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisor and health team members.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided.
