Job summary

Vintage Faire Nursing & Rehab in Modesto, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with pay between $48 and $52 per hour based on experience. Flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Join our stable in-house team to provide skilled therapy to geriatric patients, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. State licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (OTA).
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under OTA supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes to supervising OT.
