Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

You’ll document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in good standing
• Experience with seniors in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred
• Proficient documentation in EMR
• Ability to educate families and caregivers
