Job summary

FutureCare Associates, Inc. seeks a CNA-1 to join our frontline health care team in Chesapeake, VA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, respond to calls for help, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

Must hold a current CNA-1 certification in Maryland.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs).
Perform vital signs at the start of shift and as directed.
Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in residents’ condition.
Complete required documentation promptly and accurately.
Assist in transporting residents as needed.
Provide companionship to residents and ensure their safety.
Motivate residents to stay active and engaged.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
