Job summary

FutureCare Associates, Inc. in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a CNA-1 to join our frontline health care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff while delivering compassionate care.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $19–$22 per hour, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Prior Maryland CNA-1 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist with transporting residents and provide companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
