Qualifications

• Six months of general experience or education/training required.

• Observe and report changes in patients' condition to RN/LPN.
• Document care activities and patient responses.
• Administer basic procedures (e.g., enemas, catheter care) as directed.
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and maintain a safe environment.
