Position Details

Position: GNA (Long Term Care)

Available Schedules: 2x Days (7a-3:30p), 1x Nights (11p-7:30a), 5x8s EOW, 40hrs (interested in day/evening combo)

Contract Length: 4, 6, or 8 Weeks

Role Responsibilities

The Geriatric Nursing Assistant performs direct patient care under RN supervision, including bathing, dressing, feeding, transporting, and related non-professional services for geriatric patients.

Minimum Requirements

• Active CNA with Geriatric Certification
• Experience with memory care patients (preferred)
• At least one year of recent geriatric CNA experience
• Graduate from certified nursing assistant program with proper documentation
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions
• Current CPR certification
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate as per regulations
• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• At least 18 years old
