Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to observe patient status and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff in patient care across preventive, acute, sub-acute, chronic, and hospice settings.
• Support nursing care plans and monitor patients under supervision.
• Document and report changes in patient status to the nursing team.
