Veterans Health Administration in Los Angeles seeks a Nursing Assistant to support the West Los Angeles Community Living Center (CLC) 215-2. You will work with licensed staff to provide comprehensive care across ADLs, vital signs, and basic procedures, including remote monitoring via Tele-Sit, with day and night shifts available.

The role emphasizes safety, infection control, documentation in the EHR, and coordination with nurses and other professionals to ensure high-quality veteran care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor vital signs.
• Perform simple procedures and specimen collection under supervision.
• Provide remote patient monitoring via VA tele-sit and report safety concerns.
• Document patient care in electronic health records.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with RNs, LVNs, physicians and therapists.
