Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our care team in Frederick, MD. This role offers full‑time/part‑time shifts with weekend rotation and shift differentials; compensation ranges from USD 18.50 to 22.50 per hour, plus benefits.

The ideal candidate is licensed, compassionate, and reliable with strong English communication skills and a commitment to high‑quality resident care. Medical/dental/vision insurance and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed GNA in good standing with the state.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language.
• GNAs must be caring individuals dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients.
• Reliable transportation required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.50 - $22.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
