Fundamental is seeking Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) to join a compassionate care team. Full-time roles offer an $3,000 sign-on bonus; part-time roles offer $1,500, with eligibility for those starting by Sep 30, 2026. Both shifts available, including weekends, with a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed GNA in good standing with the state (as required).
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.

Responsibilities

• GNAs provide daily care and services that support nursing care for residents/patients.
• Assist with bathing and linen changes.
• Position patients properly and ensure comfort.
• Offer hydration and monitor intake.
• Check in on patients during morning and night shifts.
• Take/record vital signs and report changes.
• May perform other duties as assigned by nursing.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

GNAs provide daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to residents and patients, including:

• Assistance with bathing
• Changing linens
• Properly positioning patients
• Offering hydration
• Checking in on patients in the morning and night
• Taking/ recording vital signs
• GNAs may perform other/similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary
