The NP will deliver primary and specialty care, perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited NP program (Family or Adult/Geriatric).
• Active NJ State NP License.
• National Certification (AANP or ANCC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and preventative care.
• Document all patient interactions in the EMR/EHR system.
