Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Physician Assistant must have graduated from an ARC-PA accredited program and hold NCCPA certification.
• Two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on-site with center leadership for goals and priorities.
• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Work with medical directors for patient-specific care.
