Providence ElderPlace seeks a full-time, board-certified ARNP to provide outpatient primary care across six sites in Seattle, West Seattle, Kent, Renton, Redmond, and Everett South.

Join a geriatric-focused team within a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) that values interdisciplinary collaboration, home visits, and a balanced lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest. New graduates with geriatric nursing or long-term care RN experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Board-certified ARNP eligible to practice in Washington
• Experience in geriatric, primary care or family medicine preferred
• Outpatient care and home visits experience desirable

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient primary care to older adults across multiple sites

• Participate in scheduling and coverage across six sites
