Job summary

Providence ElderPlace in Spokane is seeking a Per Diem, board-certified ARNP with experience in Adult Primary Care, Gerontology or Family Medicine to join its PACE program. You will work with geriatric medicine colleagues in an interdisciplinary team within a comprehensive care model.

This position offers a flexible schedule in an outpatient clinic with occasional home visits. Minimum 1 year of adult primary or geriatrics care experience is required, with CME benefits possibly available to
