Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join Matthews Glen on campus.

You will deliver primary care across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing, building an outpatient practice and guiding a care team to meet residents' health needs with compliance to state and federal regulations. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Advanced Nursing with geriatric focus, possess prescriptive authority, and have at least five years in geriatric

Formación

• Master’s degree in Advanced Nursing; geriatrics preferred.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in the applicable work state.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary/urgent care, geriatrics.
• Experience in continuing care, skilled nursing, long-term care, and/or assisted living environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide services across the continuum of care (independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing).
• Plan and direct all functions of the resident care clinical area, including management of team members and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain knowledge of geriatrics via continuing education.
• Serve as clinical preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students.
