Job summary

Apploi is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. Roles offer full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling, with independence and the support of an established multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania license as LPC, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT.
• Master's or doctoral degree in applicable discipline.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable providing services in nursing home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Treat geriatric mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief and trauma.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
