Job summary

Trio Health Partners in Illinois is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Psychotherapist) for in-person care at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide psychotherapy, manage a caseload, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ emotional and psychological well-being.

This full-time W2 role offers a competitive salary between $70,000 and $100,000, monthly bonuses, licensure reimbursement, CME funds, PTO and holidays, and comprehensive malpractice and tail insurance.

Qualifications

• Illinois licensure required (LCSW, LCPC, or Clinical Psychologist).
• Experience preferred in geriatric or long-term care settings.
• NPI number required; assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy for residents.
• Manage caseload with a minimum daily therapy hours.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs.
• Ensure documentation meets Medicare and commercial insurance requirements.
