Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.

• CNA or PCT certification preferred, BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of the Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and admission/discharge procedures.
• Lead or co-facilitate patient groups and orient new patients to the unit.
• Complete safety/location checks of all patients and perform other duties as assigned.
