Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with the elderly in paid or volunteer roles desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with Federal & State regulations.
• Assist with admissions, including assessments and documentation.
• Support care plans and data collection for residents.
• Monitor health changes and communicate with physicians and families as needed.
• Attend trainings and maintain a safe, professional working environment.
