Job summary

Ocean Meadow Senior Living is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate care for residents with memory challenges. You will administer medications, assist with admissions, and help implement care plans while documenting data and coordinating with the health team.

Candidates should hold an active LPN license and CPR certification, with 1–2 years of nursing experience. Elderly-care experience is highly desirable; the role is in-person with full-time/part-time/per diem options.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; elderly care experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration for residents following regulations.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and care/service plan data.
• Maintain clinical tracking (wounds, infection control) under supervision.
• Provide health-related consultations and notify physicians/families of changes.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain confidentiality; participate in trainings.
