Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in the administration of medications to residents. This role provides direct personal care and encourages resident participation in activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a Residential Care Facility and must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and residents are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience assisting with medication at a Residential Care Facility.
• Completion of training/certification based on state regulations may be required.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
