• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging independence.
• Interacts with residents at all levels with empathy and respect.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and adheres to safety procedures.
• Assists in dining room service at meals and participates in leisure activities as calendared.
• Supports HIPAA compliance and resident sign-out procedures.
