Job summary

SRIM seeks a dedicated caregiver to enhance the resident experience in Heartful Care. You will assist with ADLs, meals, and light housekeeping, while promoting independence and dignity for residents and families in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Responsibilities include medication supervision, daily health observations, and participation in the activity calendar. Excellent communication and empathy are essential; HIPAA compliance is required. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Med-Tech certification preferred or required.
• Experience with electronic medical records highly desirable.
• Ability to read safety rules, instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, housekeeping, and laundry while promoting independence.
• Interacts with residents at all care levels with empathy and respect.
• Observes health and emotional well-being changes and reports to supervisor.
• Provides dining assistance and participates in activity calendar.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
