Job summary

Westminster Pharmacy Services in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Pharmacist with LTC management experience to join the Longevity Scripts team. You will evaluate orders, maintain patient records, and collaborate with physicians and facility staff to ensure safe, effective medication use.

This role requires PharmD, Florida licensure, and 1–5 years LTC experience; proficiency in Word/Excel; strong communication; and adherence to federal and state regulations. Weekend/night shifts possible.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and license in Florida.
• 1–5 years LTC pharmacy management experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations.
• English proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates physician orders for drug appropriateness and interactions.
• Maintains patient/resident medical history and medication records.
• Implements cost containment strategies in dispensing and procurement.
• Provides clinical answers to pharmacy staff and facility staff.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and regulatory documentation.
