Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physician medication orders for drug safety, dosage and interactions.
• Provide clinical recommendations to physicians and healthcare staff.
• Maintain patient/resident profiles with medical history, labs, and medications.
• Ensure laboratory tests for high-risk meds are ordered and reviewed.
