Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinician documentation in the EHR.
