Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health – Long-Term Care Clinical Services seeks a part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our clinical team onsite at local long-term care facilities. You’ll provide therapy, assessments, and care planning with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and strong administrative support.

• Active, unrestricted LPC license.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical staff.
