Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health – Long-Term Care Clinical Services seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join its integrated clinical team. The position is part time and involves providing therapy and assessments in local long-term care facilities, with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and strong administrative support.

You will work onsite, collaborating with nursing, social work, rehabilitation, and medical staff to develop care plans and deliver evidence-based behavioral health

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Support residents with depression, anxiety, grief, and other LTC-related conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, rehab, and medical staff.
• Maintain timely documentation using GNT and adhere to HIPAA.
