Job summary

Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide therapy and psychosocial evaluations in long-term care settings in Rapid City, South Dakota. Ideal candidates will enjoy the autonomy of a Monday–Friday schedule without evening or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable navigating LTC environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning.
• Work closely with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical providers.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
