Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support on-site within local LTC facilities. You will work with an integrated clinical team on a Monday–Friday schedule, with robust administrative and clinical backing to focus on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCPC license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning.
• Support residents with depression, anxiety, adjustment to illness, grief, trauma, or behavioral issues in LTC settings.
• Deliver behavioral management and brief, goal-oriented interventions.
