Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in SNF facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD, with SCT handling billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications to let you focus on clinical care.

We offer full-time roles (32–40 hours), salary ranges of $56,000–$90,000, a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match).

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of practice.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for residents in SNF facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional/behavioral conditions; develop tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards using EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
