Deer Oaks is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join an integrated treatment team serving older adults and disabled individuals in long-term care facilities. You will conduct in-person assessments, provide individual/family/group therapy, and deliver behavioral management services, with emphasis on geriatric care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Maintains own counseling schedule and uses GNT for session notes in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based psychological services, including screening, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team in Long-Term Care facilities in your area.
• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and behavioral management services.
• Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines.
