Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our integrated clinical team onsite at one or more long-term care facilities. You will provide therapy and assessments, participate in care planning, and support residents with diverse behavioral health needs within a geriatric setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to timely documentation and high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Coordinate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical providers.
