Job summary

Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join an integrated treatment team serving older adults and physically disabled residents of long-term care facilities. You will perform in-person assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy, along with behavioral management services to a diverse client base.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, leverage geriatric-focused training, and access ASWB-accredited

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LICSW in your state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychological services including screening, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in LTC facilities.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy and behavioral management services.
• Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines.
