Aviata Health Group is seeking full-time licensed clinical social workers to serve the geriatric population in skilled nursing and/or assisted living settings, with weekday schedules and strong work‑life balance.

You will join an integrated care team with NPs, psychiatrists, psychologists and other clinicians; the position offers a salary of 70,000–85,000 USD plus uncapped bonus, comprehensive benefits (health/vision/dental), 3 weeks PTO + 6 holidays, 401(k) with company match, paid licensure

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/AL settings.
• Collaborate with NPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians.
