Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking full-time licensed clinical social workers to provide psychotherapy to the geriatric population in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living settings in Florida.

We offer weekday schedules, a competitive salary with uncapped bonus, comprehensive benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental), 3 weeks PTO + 6 holidays, malpractice coverage, and a 401k with company match. Salary range $70,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience, with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida.
• A completed masters in social work.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to the geriatric population in Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living settings.
• Collaborate with integrated care teams including nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists and other clinicians.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing professional development.
