Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be in good mental and physical condition.
• Willing to work with supervisors and other departments.
• Willing to work with geriatric residents.
• Demonstrates high level of personal cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals.
• Meet scheduled meal times.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the dietary department.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitary and safety procedures; and
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
