Job summary

Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ravenna, OH is seeking a part-time dietary aide to assist in preparing meals for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will follow prescribed diet specifications and hospital-style food safety standards under the Food Service Director's supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations under supervision of the Food Service Director.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standards of practice per community and Dietary Policies.
